1/31/12 – Tuesday (Blog #31)

Alright! One month will be finally over starting tomorrow! How awesome. I’ve written about 18,000 words so far on this word document, and about 27 pages, so that’s not that bad for a month. It’s about 1 page of writing a day, but there are those small days, so that’s why it’s shorter than 31 pages. Thanks for all the awesome comments and support from everyone.

Today was interesting, I suppose. I think I really will give up on M, since it seems to be going nowhere. She has a Tumblr page, and sometimes I check on it, and it said something about Valentine’s Day and Sadie’s Dance, which is coming up soon. Since we haven’t talked at all lately for about a week already, I can assume it’s not about me, so she’s found another guy. Good for her, though.

There were some foreign students from China that came to visit our school today. They barely knew any English, but they shadowed our ASB members around the day at school. I saw a few in all of my classes, but the funniest was in AP Literature, because we had to do an essay. We all joked about how they’re just going to sit there and do nothing for the whole hour while we write out essays.

After school, I was walking home, and I had a weird rant inside my own mind. There’s this whole concept of respect that I seem to prefer. For example, I respect several people in my life, like my father, brother, teachers, and all those types. That’s just for people, though. I also respect everyone’s own opinions and their beliefs. If someone believes one way, it’s totally up to them. But, when they say one thing and do another, I completely lose respect for that person. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I don’t get why no one has respect in our society anymore.

I’ve grown up in an Asian family, so my whole life I’ve respected my elders, so it’s a natural thing for me. But, I’ve seen the way my friends act towards their parents, and there’s almost no respect at all. I know some students that are completely disrespectful to their teachers, too. And then there’s the whole ‘chivalry’ thing. But, that’s more towards manners. I always hold the door open for people, regardless of whether or not they’re female, and I always help people when I see them in trouble. I guess I’m just a really helpful person, but it’s just easier for me to help them then to watch them go through embarrassment and shame when they need the help. I don’t expect anything in return; it just makes things easier for me, for some reason.

One time, I was walking home, and I saw a girl sitting near the school entrance, and she asked me for a dollar for bus money. I was planning on taking the bus for myself, so I only had a dollar, but I ended up giving it to her anyways. I didn’t ask her for a name, a number, or even to pay me back, and I just gave it to her. She just said thanks, and waited at a bus stop, and I began to walk home. I still haven’t seen that girl again yet, but I don’t really expect to.

I suppose that should be enough for today, since I still have a lot of homework that I have to do. I’ve got a lot of homework today, including an essay and a note of chapters for Economics. I would’ve done them earlier, but I’ve been lazy and playing Tetris while reading manga. I’ll post my update again tomorrow, on the first day of February!

1/30/12 – Monday (Blog #30)

Technically, after tomorrow, it’ll be one month of blogging complete! How exciting, ha. Today was pretty relaxing. I slept around 4 AM, playing some games on my phone, and just thinking about things, and then I fell asleep, and my parents woke me up around 6 AM. Of course, I was really annoyed, because I didn’t have school today and they just disrupted my sleep. I really enjoy my sleep, so when people wake me up for useless reasons it really annoys me. Then, for some random reason, my brother woke me up around noon also, asking me to go walk the dogs. I probably would’ve slept for even longer, but no one seems to want to let me sleep around here lately.

I walked my dogs and then got some lunch, and then just went home and relaxed a bit. I played some Diablo 2 with some of my friends, and we started on the Nightmare difficulty. A few hours earlier, we defeated the Act 1 boss in the Nightmare difficulty, and then we all decided to stop for the night and do homework. I probably should’ve done my homework too, but I was really procrastinating a lot, so I just kept on playing games.

During the day, I found out about this interesting musical instrument, called a hang drum. It’s really unique; basically a UFO looking instrument that only 2 people in the world produce and they create only a few hundred a year. You guys should try looking them up on YouTube, they sound really beautiful. It all started with some street performer video that everyone was sharing on Facebook, and I just kept looking for talented street artists.

Anyways, I also started to play some Tetris games online. I used to play Tetris almost all the time when I was a kid, with my giant block GameBoy in black and white. I would spend hours on that game, and then watch the giant rocket blast off when I finished clearing all the lines. I looked online and found out that Tetris had their own website, and then there were so many new types of modes to play. I tried all of them, and it’s actually harder than it seems. Playing with others is intense, since they can make more lines show up on your screen, and mess around with it using items.

Of course, I still win most of them, since I’ve played since I was a kid, so it’s still fun to crush them easily. Alright, it’s almost midnight, so I’ll quickly just end this and post it up online. Thanks again for reading so far. I have school tomorrow, so I’ll have to hurry and finish my homework and then play some games and then go sleep before school starts tomorrow.

1/29/12 – Sunday (Blog #29)

Aw yeah! Almost one whole month of blogging! How exciting. I’ve failed updating on time a few times, but so far it’s been going pretty well. Anyways, thanks for all the awesome comments so far, everyone. I’ll definitely keep up this blogging thing as long as I can.

I woke up today pretty early compared to yesterday, I think around 10 AM or so. I played a bit of Diablo 2, and then went out to eat some Pho for lunch. After that, I pretty much just stayed home all day, playing Diablo 2 with my friends. We finished the entire Normal difficulty, and killed all the bosses in one day, so we’re pretty much tired and tuckered out.

I texted M a little bit today, but she was at her friend’s house so I didn’t want to text her. Also, I heard from a few of my other friends that she’s starting to crush on some other guy. That made me a little bit sad, but I guess it doesn’t matter much to me. If she likes another guy, then good for her, nothing I can do about it. I’ll still text her from time to time to see how she’s doing and all that though, but it depends. Of course, there is always the good side, and that maybe she likes me, but it’s very unlikely, maybe like 1%?

I think I made a personal little resolution for myself that if I couldn’t get M, then I’d give up on love for a while. It’s not really that sad to me, since there are plenty of other girls in this big world. It’s just that right now, I want her only. The resolution was that I’d stop chasing after girls for the remainder of my high school days, so it’s not that bad. It’s already the beginning of 2nd semester, and if she hooks up with another guy, then I’ll just stop chasing after her.

I don’t get the whole concept of love, for some reason. It’s probably just because I haven’t found the right girl. I’ve thought about finding a girl that makes me happy all the time, regardless of what I do, but I don’t think I’m happy with that. For me, it seems that the definition of love is finding someone that you want to make happy all the time. Instead of her making me happy, I want to make her happy, no matter what. If she’s unhappy and depressed or angry, I’d try and do my best to cheer her up and make her happy. When I find a girl like that, then I’ve fallen for her.
I guess that’s my little rant about love. Oh, and of course there’s the whole ‘family love’ type of thing, but I don’t really have love for my family. Yeah, my parents are the ones that have raised me, but I don’t think I love them more than my future wife or girlfriend or my brother. One of my goals in life of course is to support my family and make my parents proud, but it’s not because I love them. It’s really just about me making others happy, for some reason. Maybe I’m just weird, but it makes me satisfied as long as I know others are happy.

That’s enough for today; I’ll post my update tomorrow as usual. Thanks for reading!

1/28/12 – Saturday (Blog #28)

Yes! I manage to make my friends play Diablo 2 with me! Ha, it’s so fun. We’ve just spent the last 5-6 hours playing it, and we still haven’t finished Act 1 yet. I loved Diablo 2, and it was the first game I’ve ever played on the computer. It was seriously an awesome game, and it still is. Anyways, thanks for all the comments and support!

I woke up today around 2 PM, which was really shocking. I never sleep past the morning time, or lunch, but I think it’s because of the all nighter that I took on Thursday night. The fatigue and exhaustion must’ve built up and I just slept. It was weird, because I woke up earlier in the day or morning, around 8 or 9, but I was so tired I just kept sleeping. I’m glad I slept through all the way though, because I was really energetic afterwards. I love sleep, it’s definitely awesome.

After that, I played some Diablo 2, and one of my friends just suddenly goes ‘Oh hey, I downloaded D2 today, help me level!’, and then suddenly all of my other friends got it and downloaded it and played with us. Most of them went off for the night though, so now it’s just me and another friend, and I’m going back to leveling with him after this blog update.

I didn’t talk to M today, which sort of disappointed me, but I don’t want to try and message her now, since it’s almost midnight and I don’t know if she went to sleep yet. It’d be awesome if she’d reply. But, I’ll just try tomorrow morning maybe, since I feel like messaging her all the time is pretty bad.

I should really start blogging earlier, because I always feel like I’m rushing through all of these all the time, and I almost never even update on time lately, but oh well. That’s enough for today, sadly, since I don’t want to keep my friend waiting. I’ll post again tomorrow, so thanks for following!

1/27/12 – Friday (Blog #27)

Thank goodness it’s Friday! Finally I can sleep! This is the second all nighter that we did already for the project. Finally, we finished. The presentation was really awesome I think, because almost everyone laughed and the teacher was talking about it in another class too. Out of all the other projects, I think we did the best. Instead of the usual presentations where everyone just talks and stands in front of the class. Anyways, thanks for all the awesome comments!

My day started okay, I went to school and basically just spent the first three periods practicing my skit for AP Lit. It was pretty intense though. It was really mostly improvisation and we messed up a few parts, but it was enough for people to laugh and enjoy it.

I took a nap after school, after helping out my friends during Interact again, and we finished making our invitations for some award ceremony. Apparently, M texted me while I was napping too. It’s really weird. She usually never texts me for the first time, so I guess the whole ‘Ignore her and she’ll miss it” or something like that really works. I’m a bit late again on this, but I think it’s going to be happening a lot more now, since me and my friends are getting more and more hyped up for SC2 and DotA 2 and Diablo 3, so I’m going to be gaming a lot more.

I have Monday off for school, so that means more gaming! –Insert evil laugh here.- I can’t wait to just sleep in one of these days though. That’s enough for today, I feel bad for failing to update these blogs up on time, so I’ll keep it as short of a delay as possible. Thanks again for all the support and follows, I’ll report again tomorrow!

1/26/12 – Thursday (Blog #26)

Shoot. I’m so tired today. I had to go to my friend’s house after school today to work a bit on our project. We basically spent 3-4 hours talking about what our little presentation is going to be about, and how each part is going to go. Anyways, thanks for all the support and comments. I’m feeling pretty tired, so I might not be able to update the blog immediately, but I’ll try to the moment I wake up.

School was the same as usual. Sadly, M wasn’t there, since she’s really sick. I didn’t bother texting her, since yesterday she was sick and didn’t reply either, since she was sleeping. Anyways, my classes were boring, and really didn’t learn much. We’re starting to learn more concepts in Physics, and the same in Economics. It’s pretty fun in Economics, since it’s a bit about math.

After school, I actually had to help our Interact club do stuff quickly, since a few of my friends are top-officers in Interact. Interact, for those that don’t know, is basically the club where everyone volunteers to help around the community. We spent about an hour there, working on stuff, and then went over to our friend’s house for the project. There, we basically just had 3-4 hours of a thinking session, where we planned what to do. We still have to make a script for everything though, but that’ll probably take a long time.

I’m pretty tired, so that’s it for today, sorry! I also will go take a nap, so I’m not sure if I can upload this before the new day starts. Sorry if I don’t. It’s Friday tomorrow, so it’ll be awesome! I’ll upload my blog again tomorrow.

1/25/12 – Wednesday (Blog #25)

Dang, I’m tired. I just finished this hardcore game of DotA, and it was really frustrating. We were doing pretty well, and were winning in kills and towers. Sadly, we lost, because the other team had Furion, and he teleported to our rax’s and throne and back-door’d us. For all those non-DotA savvy people, the guy cheated and killed our base while no one was there.  Anyways, thanks for all the comments and support.

School was pretty boring today, since I really just hung out with friends and talked about random stuff. It’s a really peaceful day, which is nice sometimes. I didn’t text M much, since she’s sick. It sucks, because she didn’t tell me, but I figured it out from a few friends. Well, I can’t wait for the weekend, since we have another three day weekend. It’s going to be even chiller, since I won’t have any projects to worry about over the weekend.

I still need to do my homework, so I guess I’ll finish that soon, after this. I started playing Diablo 2 again, since I’ve gotten really impatient while waiting for Diablo 3. I’m planning on pre-ordering Diablo 3 when I get the money, since I really want to play. I also need to fill out some form called FASFA, which is federal aid for students or something for college, which is going to be a pain in the butt.

That’s enough for today; it’s really short since I’m tired from the DotA and Diablo 2. Thanks for all the continued support. I’ll try and view more blogs too, since I’ve been slacking lately since school started again.

1/24/12 – Tuesday (Blog #24)

Oh man… I’m freaking late I think. I won’t be able to finish this before the new day! I’m sorry guys, yikes. That sucks, not even one month and I failed already! Hmmm, well, let’s make it into baseball! Three strikes and I’m out. This is my first fail, so if it happens again two more times, I quit blogging! Ha, or maybe something less drastic. Thanks for all the comments.

Since we pretty much pulled an all nighter last night for trying to finish our project, I got home really tired. That’s why I took a nap from until 4 all the way to 10, and then I had to eat dinner. By the time I was even on the computer, it was already 11:20 or so, since I had to do a bit of my homework also. Then, my friends wanted to play SC2, and I couldn’t say no, because there was this new style that we tried to play. It’s a MacroMicro game, where one player does the macro, or building and mining, and the other player controls all the units. It’s really good to help train.

School was pretty okay, since we really didn’t do much. My final grades for first semester were expected. I had an A in C++, AP Stats, Computer Aided Design, and Bs in Honor Physics, AP Literature, and AP Government. We also start economics this semester, but we still have to study Government since we have to take the AP test in April or May.
I didn’t get to see M today, since I got to school late, which bummed me out. I texted her afterschool and asked her what she’d do for Chinese New Year, since she’s Chinese too, and we just texted a bit. But then I fell asleep, and didn’t reply for a long time…

Anyways, I’m trying to rush this, so it’s pretty short. Sorry again. I didn’t get to post this under the true 1/24/12, but I promise it won’t happen again guys! Thanks for being so patient with me. I’ll post again tomorrow.

1/23/12 – Monday (Blog #23)

What an exciting day. Nah, not really, but I don’t know how to start off these things sometimes. Thanks for all the Happy New Year wishes; it’s definitely awesome getting to celebrate to New Years in one year. It’s like a two-in-one pack!

I woke up pretty early since I had to go to temple with my family. If you’ve never gone to temple before, the whole experience is really weird. The one I went to was pretty nearby and I saw a few friends there. Anyways, first I’ll describe the process. At the beginning, there’s usually someone handing out incense to burn. It’s a pretty long stick, because it has to last through a lot of praying. Then, you just go to each ‘station’ or area, and pray. There are different types of areas though.  There’s one where it’s just a giant statue area, and each wall/face of the statue has different words, such as Happiness, Prosperity, Luck, and Health. You take turns praying at each wall, and then move on. There’s also another one, where there’s a picture of different deities and different zodiac animals, and you pray to your own animal and deities.

Originally, I’m not even religious or anything like that. I never have been. I always go along because it’s my family’s religion. But, there’s no harm in praying with your family, because it’s just things like hoping for good health, good wealth, and good luck. Just because you don’t believe in religion doesn’t mean you have to completely distrust it. Now, I’m not trying to convert anyone, especially since I’m atheist. There was this one saying I heard somewhere: “Everyone’s entitled to their own religion, but when you start shoving it down my throat, I’ll kick your butt,” or something like that. Actually, I think it was nothing like that, since the version I remember was really vulgar.

Anyways, enough about religion! I spent the whole day doing homework with friends. We have a project due tomorrow, and we barely just started. It’s a group of 4 slackers and procrastinators, so I wasn’t really surprised, but it’s fun. That’s all for today, so thanks for reading! I’ll post up my blog as usual tomorrow.

1/22/2012 – Sunday (Blog #22)

Happy Lunar New Year’s Day! I’m Chinese, so I’ve been celebrating it today the whole day, and I’m going to go to temple tomorrow. Thanks for all the feedback about the music rant. I’m glad I’m not the only one that listens to music without lyrics! I’m going to be keeping today’s short, because I have to go play DotA, and my friends are waiting on me, ha.

I woke up around 7 or 8, to a text from someone. I was super excited, and checked, because for some reason in my tiny little head, I thought it was from M. Of course, there’s no way this would happen. She hasn’t texted me at all for the past few days, but I never texted her yet either. So I suppose that she doesn’t really want to text me and only replies. Anyways, it was just a friend asking where I was. I replied that I was sleeping, and went back to sleep. I think I had a dream about M, but it was the same as always. Even in my dreams, it ends up bad. It sucks, but at least in my dreams it’s happy for a bit of a while, before I wake up at least, ha.

Anyways, I went out to buy some food for lunch, since my parents were out visiting friends and family for Chinese New Year. I pretty much just played DotA and SC2 the whole day with friends. After that, we had a giant family dinner, and I managed to meet up with some old friends. Everyone traded red envelopes (They’re basically red envelopes with money inside; it’s some Chinese tradition for CNY).

That’s it for today. I’m late for DotA! Better hurry, since my friends are waiting for me. I’ll post up my blog again tomorrow, as always. Thanks for reading!

1/21/12 – Saturday (Blog #21)

Lazy weekends are awesome, ha. I can’t wait to just sleep in the whole day tomorrow. I’ll talk about music a bit today; since I said I would yesterday. Thanks for all the comments, and I didn’t know so many people went rock climbing too. And @Anne, I’ll try and take some pictures on my cell phone, but I get so absorbed in the whole atmosphere and I really don’t think about other things, ha.

I woke up and watched some morning cartoons. I always look forward to watching cartoons on Saturday mornings. It reminds me of when I was a bit younger, especially during middle school or elementary, and I would always wake up early to watch cartoons. After that, I just stayed inside the whole day and played Starcraft 2. I’ve gotten rusty lately, so I wanted to start playing again. I also spent a good time of the day looking for a new manga site. The old one that I used to read my manga was shut down, due to a wide-range IP ban from my ISP, so I looked around for a new one.

That’s pretty much my whole day, so this should give me a bit of more writing room for my music rant! If you’re not interested at all about music, then you can stop reading. It’s just about me and my tastes in music anyways.

When I was young, around elementary school years, my brother introduced me to something called rap. My favorite artist was Eminem, and my favorite song was “Business”. I listened to rap almost 24/7, all the way up until the end of my middle school years. Listening to rap music didn’t turn me into a gangster or anything like that. It also never badly influenced me. I just loved listening to the feelings and thoughts that the artists poured into the songs.

Then, a few of my friends introduced me to trance, during middle school. I didn’t listen to it much at first, since I was still listening to rap a lot. But, none of my friends were into rap, so I had to listen to other music, because I didn’t want to seem out of place. I liked trance instead of the usual hip hop because of the beats. I was in Orchestra for a long time, and I just liked the beats of music and the music. Trance was really mind blowing to me because I always thought songs had to have lyrics to make sense.

During high school, my music was most dominantly trance and other type of techno music, such as dubstep, house, etc. My favorite artists were Tiesto, Groove Coverage, Basshunter, Skrillex, Swedish House Mafia, and AN21. I really fell in love with songs that were pure music and had no lyrics at all. I noticed this a while back, and thought about a few reasons.

I began programming and coding during my late middle school years, which is probably why I didn’t listen to rap anymore. The lyrics of the songs got me singing along, which really confuses things inside my head while I’m trying to program. The music of the trance music also gave me a never-ending supply of excitement and always kept me up. It just made me feel good inside, I’m still not sure why.

Even now, my favorite type of music to listen to is trance. However, instead of pure music, I’ve begun to like trance with singers. It’s a different type of lyrics than rap, because rap music really talked about their lives. For trance lyrics, it’s really just about keeping the music going and getting the people into the rhythm.

Of course, this doesn’t mean I don’t listen to other types of music, such as hip hop, pop, rock, heavy metal, and other things. But most of it is because there are particular songs that have very good beats and rhythm and it just puts me in the same mood as trance does. My friends sometimes question me and ask why I don’t know the lyrics of popular songs, like Lady Gaga or Bruno Mars, or whatever’s popular, and I just simply tell them that I don’t listen to them. It’s not like I’ve never heard of the songs before, but I don’t know the lyrics because those aren’t what I listen to. I listen to the beats of the songs, not the words. Maybe I’m just weird though, since no one else seems to do that.

That’s enough writing for today. My day was pretty short, so I hope the little rant about music made things interesting for you all! And if you guys’ don’t care about the music rant, then sorry. I’ll think about what to post about tomorrow. I still have a lot of homework to do, but I have Monday off. Oh yeah, and it’s Chinese New Year soon, so I get money, so that means I can go out more!

1/20/12 – Friday (Blog #20)

Oh man! Almost forgot to blog! Today was so tiring, ha. Thanks for all the continued support. I’m totally digging the new Rainmeter and RocketDock. Things look a lot smoother on my desktop now. I’m feeling a bit better, since it’s just a bit of a stuffy nose and sneezing. Anyways, will definitely continue to keep the blogs coming!

I finished my finals for AP Lit and AP Gov in about an hour each, so I got about an hour left over to chill. In AP Lit, I just studied for my AP Gov, since I had extra time left over. Once everyone finished their tests, we all just talked and planned our day. In AP Gov, once everyone was finished, we took out a Monopoly set and played it for about half an hour. The AP Gov class teaches Econ second semester, so that’s why the teacher keeps like, 20 sets. We knew we wouldn’t have much time, so we decided to multiply the rent by 10. Amazingly, I rolled on chance, and went straight to Boardwalk, and bought it. Then, the person who landed on it had to pay me 500. I had a lot of fun.

After school, two of my other friends decided they wanted to go rock climbing. We haven’t gone for about two weeks, so I suppose it was about time. We only go indoor rock climbing, since we live too far away from any real mountains. We went from about 1:45 pm to 4:00 pm, which isn’t that long. Usually we stay there for 5-6 hours, but we were really tired today. I also managed to peel off some skin, yet again. It happened the last time I came, so I guess that means I’m doing something right. I came home, and basically knocked out. I’m so tired every time I go rock climbing. It’s definitely fun though.

I actually intended to rant about music, because I had an interesting thought about music today, but I don’t think I’ll have enough time, since it’s nearing 11:40 pm right now, so I’ll save it for tomorrow. This one’s short again, sorry! I’ll definitely post a long rant tomorrow. Thanks for all the support and comments. Also, I’ve been slacking lately on checking up other’s blogs, but it’s the weekend, and I’ll be more active online.

1/19/12 – Thursday (Blog #19)

One more day of finals and it’ll finally be the weekend! Can’t wait for the week to end, I’ve been pretty tired of it. Today was my CAD and AP Stats class, so I didn’t have any finals except my Stats. It was really easy, except for one of the Free Response questions. I thought I did pretty well on it all though. To all the comments, thanks for the continued support! I actually am sick now, sadly. And I see what you guys mean when I might be too annoying if I just keep sending her texts, so I’ll stop for a while. I sent her just one text today, saying hi and asking what’s up, but she didn’t reply. Maybe I’ll try again in a week or so, when she forgets about how annoying I was, ha.

I pretty much did nothing today. I came home and played some Deus Ex again, this time going all shooter, instead of doing the stealth play. Also, I cleaned up my computer today. I deleted a lot of my icons on the desktop, uninstalled useless programs, and cleaned up useless stuff I never used. I also downloaded two programs, called RainMeter and RocketDock. These two programs basically make the desktop look very awesome, with smooth interface and everything. RocketDock lets me put icons on there, and I can just hide the icons on my regular desktop. RainMeter allows me to put things like the weather, my email, news feeds, and CPU status on a sidebar. Basically, my desktop now looks very awesome. It makes things look a lot smoother. I’ll continue messing around with things and customize more things on them after this blog.

My real finals are tomorrow. I have to do AP Lit and AP Gov finals. Luckily, due to budget cuts or something, all AP finals are regular finals, so it’s probably just all multiple choice answers. For AP Lit, there’s really nothing to study, so I can’t do that. However, for AP Gov, I actually have a study guide due tomorrow. I still haven’t done it, so I better hurry and finish it! Luckily, thanks for Facebook, everyone puts the answers online, so it’s easy to just copy, but I also want to study from it.

That’s it for today; I’m trying to keep it short. Tomorrow will definitely be a fun day. TGIF, am I right? Or at least, tomorrow will be Friday. Once again, leave a comment if you want, and thanks for all the support. I’ll post up my usual update tomorrow.

1/18/12 – Wednesday (Blog #18)

Finally done with tutoring, alright! I don’t have to tutor anymore for this semester, probably, which should be a few weeks, until the second semester starts. Thanks all for all the comments and support. All of you guys gave me some awesome ideas; I’ll definitely think about them and try to get M to trust me.

Today was really interesting. My Physics class was really just all about going over our homework and more stuff about electrostatics. We’re learning about circuits, such as capacitors, circuits, and inhibitors. There’s also stuff about induction and conduction, which is apparently really important. There was also supposed to be a lab activity in class, but we ran out of time, even though it was 2 hours of class.

After that, our school has our finals schedule to have 2 classes of finals a day for three days. Today was Physics and C++, which neither of them has finals. In C++, my friends and I managed to download SC2, MapleStory, League of Legends, and WC3 onto our computers. I was playing it the whole 2 hours, after finishing my current assignment. Me and my friends also LAN’ed a little bit on SC2. It was really fun, and it was really relaxing.

Once my classes were over, I had to go tutor with a friend again, for two hours. School gets out around 12:15, so I got home at 2:15, or around there, since it took time to walk home. I usually walk home, which takes me about half an hour to forty-five minutes. I live about 3 miles away from school. I don’t live in my school’s unified school district, so in legal standards, I’m not allowed to go to that school. However, I faked my address by using one of my friends, which allows me to attend the school. I like using the time it takes for me to walk to think about things, like M.

I managed to finish Deus Ex today, managing to finish without killing a single person or being spotted, except during boss fights. It was really frustrating, but I managed to do it. I also unlocked all four of the endings, which was pretty fun to watch. It talked about morality and what makes us human and all of that garbage.

For some reason, M didn’t reply to any of my texts today. I’m not sure why, since I didn’t see her sad or anything at all. Usually, she posts stuff online, such as on Facebook or Tumblr, but there was nothing today. I wanted to call and ask, but that seriously seems too creepy. I’ll just try and text her again tomorrow, and see what happens. I did see her in the morning before school started, but I was hanging out with my friends and she was with her friends, so I didn’t talk to her. I should really be more alpha and just suck it up and talk to her, but I don’t want to make a fool of myself.

That’s it for today. I also started to get a cold, and I’m sneezing a lot, so I’ve been having this stuffy nose, which sucks. Luckily I have finals, so I get to come home earlier and just relax. Also, I’ll post my blog again tomorrow, so no worries for that. Thanks for all the continued support.

1/17/12 – Tuesday (Blog #17)

Oh man, I got my finals starting tomorrow! I’m so glad I don’t have to study for anything, since tomorrow is just Physics and C++. We already took our finals for Physics before winter break, so I’m not really scared for that, and for C++, we don’t have finals, so we just work on our assignments. Tomorrow’s going to be a short day too, so I’ll probably come home and just sleep or rest. Maybe I can try and ask M out on a date, ha. Although that probably won’t happen, I’ll probably still try and ask. Thanks for all the comments and continued interest in my blog.

Today was pretty chill. Classes were really boring, and the same thing as usual, so I didn’t really care about it much. Oh, in my CAD class, me and my partner started to create our 3D model made out of plywood, so that’s going to probably last for a month or so. My other classes, I just fell asleep or talked with friends or studied, so it’s really boring.

During lunch, I went in to do a tutoring session with friends, and I saw M there. She was with her group of friends, and they were all talking, who knows what girls talk about these days. I wanted to say hi to her or something, but I couldn’t just get up from my tutee and talk to her. I thought about texting her, but she didn’t really seem to be in a mood to text. Her friends and her all had serious expressions, and really just listened to each other talk, so it seemed like something serious was going on.

After school, I had to tutor again, and then went to Popeyes to eat, since its 2 pieces for a dollar on Tuesdays. I also texted M, and asked her about lunch, and she only told me that they were just talking about some serious stuff. It’s weird, though. I know she’s sad, and I can see it, but I don’t want to directly tell her and ask, and she still doesn’t want to open up to me and tell me. It’s probably a trust issue or something, and I don’t know how to get her to trust me.

That’s pretty much it, so if anyone has any tips on trying to get M to open up to me more, that’d be greatly appreciated. I’ll put up a blog tomorrow as always. Thanks for reading.

1/16/12 – Monday (Blog #16)

Hip hip hooray for another lazy day. It’s definitely really chill today. I was supposed to have done my homework, but I still didn’t start, so I don’t know what I’ll do about it. Maybe I’ll start on it later. Anyways, thanks again for all the comments. I’ll definitely start to check out other people’s blogs this week, since I’ve been lazy this weekend.

I started off the day by going to lunch at some Pho restaurant, which was really delicious. Then, I walked my dogs and only one of my dogs did their business for some reason. Oh, and half way through our walk, someone else’s dog came near my dogs, without a leash, and started interacting with my dogs. The owner came and quickly grabbed the dog before it started fighting with my dogs, and apologized. I think my dogs would’ve been able to fight off the other dogs though, ha.

I played Deus Ex – Human Revolution the whole day again. It was really cool. Apparently the enemy is actually some Pharmaceutical company in China, and I tried to play to get the achievements, which means I have to finish the game without anyone dying at all by my hands or indirectly involved by me. It’s really hard, having to sneak through every single level without being noticed or killing anyone. Luckily, my trusty stun gun and I are making it through the levels.

I have school tomorrow, and then tutoring, but after that, are my finals. My finals are probably going to be easy, and I have short days on those days, so I’ll probably go out with my friends. Maybe I can finally get M to go out with me, not really of a date, but to hang out. I managed to text her a bit today, but she really hasn’t responded much. She seemed pretty down, so I tried to cheer her up, but she just wouldn’t open up to me. I guess she doesn’t really see me as more than an acquaintance or friend. But, whatever, I’ll keep trying.

That’s it for today. It’s short, since I didn’t do much. I’m going to go play some games, do my homework, and then sleep. Thanks for following. I’ll post another one tomorrow, as always.

1/15/12 – Sunday (Blog #15)

Wow, today was such a lazy day for me, so I really didn’t do much. Thanks to all of you for continuing to read this every day. All of the comments really encourage me to keep on blogging, so thanks to you all.

I woke up today around 8 for some reason, not so sure why. I was pretty tired from yesterday, so I thought I’d sleep the whole day, but I suppose not. I didn’t eat breakfast, and just checked online and talked to my friends. We were deciding whether or not to go bowling today, but it was only three people including myself, so we decided to just skip it. Me, being in the lazy mood, was almost deciding to go back to sleep, but I was pretty hungry, since it was already around noon.

I made myself some noodles to eat, and watched the Giants vs. Packers game. I still can’t believe the Packers lost. I’m not a real big fan of football, so I just bandwagon the teams, but I can’t believe the Packers lost. They were so famous and all that, with commercials on T.V. all the time and everything. After that, I wasn’t really in the mood to go out, so I stayed home, like earlier.

I downloaded this new name called Deus Ex: Human Revolution. It’s pretty interesting. I played it just about the whole day, and will probably play it after finishing this blog. It’s about the future where robotic limbs and implants can be put in humans, and there’s a war between the implant company and the purists, or the people who think implants should be banned. It reminds me of Metal Gear Solid, where you can either sneak or go Rambo, but it’s a lot better to sneak.

Anyways, along with the game, I also started to go back to exercising. I haven’t any pushups or sit ups in a week or so, so I began again. I did my usual sets of pushups, bicycle sit ups, pull ups, dips, and chin ups. I did them for about an hour or so, and it got me pretty tired. I’ll probably be feeling it tomorrow or later tonight. Luckily I have no school tomorrow, so it should be okay.

That’s pretty much all for the day: a lot of gaming and working out, and a whole lot of being lazy. I’ll post my blog again tomorrow. Oh, and I forgot to mention, but M ignored my texts today again. It’s weird, but I think this is going to be a steady thing that happens with her. One day she’ll reply and pretend nothing happened, and the next day she’ll ignore me. Oh well. Better post this online before it turns to midnight!

1/14/12 – Saturday (Blog #14)

Have no fear! My second week of blogging is almost done! Sorry about yesterday everyone, I must’ve seemed totally depressed and everything. But, don’t worry. That was just a little phase, and now I’m back to normal. I didn’t even realize it’s already my second week of blogging and posting them online. I’m pretty amazed in myself for getting this far. To all the comments telling me cool down and all that, yeah I suppose I’ll do that. Thanks for all the support.

Today, I woke up around 10 am, since I was apparently going to go out with a couple of my friends. My friend came and picked me up around noon, and we went to Round 1. I was pretty excited, because I’ve wanted to play Initial D for the longest time, and buy one of those license cards. If you guys ever go to Round 1 and play Initial D Stage 6 AA, and see the name ‘Omni’, that’s me! I bought a card, but man, I was really annoyed. One license cost 7 or 8 credits, which is $8 USD, which is a lot for just a card. But, of course, I stuck with it, and played about $20 worth of drives on the license, and got to level 4 today. My friends also picked out a girl avatar for me, but whatever, I suppose. She does sort of look like M anyways.

After a few rounds, my friends and I bought a time hour card, which is $10 for one hour of unlimited play on certain games, and you can slide the card every minute and 30 seconds. We were playing some two-player pirate game, and switched out after every death, and kept on charging the time hour card every chance we got so it added up credits. After a while, around 2 pm, we got a bit hungry and walked around in the mall and bought some pretzels to eat. They were pretty good, seeing as how I don’t usually eat them.

After that, we went back inside and played around more, and when we got tired, we started heading out.  At Round 1, and every other arcade, there are those claw machines that seem almost rigged. There were a couple of girls that were trying to win this giant stuffed animal but the claw machine just wouldn’t let them win it. I almost felt like trying to play a round for them and getting it for them, but I didn’t have enough credits in my card to play a game. And, if I actually did win the stuffed animal, I think I’d give it to M instead. How cruel of me, ha.

After we left Round 1, I called up a few friends of mine, and we all went out to eat KBBQ, or Korean barbeque. It’s pretty much a giant plate in the middle of a table, and you can put an all you can eat amount of meat on it. We each take turns cooking and we ate about 20 plates of meat for about 2 or three hours. If you’re a meat lover, you’ve definitely got to try it.

Throughout the day, I was texting M too, so that helped cheer up my day. I also have a day off Monday from school, due to MLK, so my weekend seems to be doing pretty well. I was supposed to go bowling and eat Roscoe’s after, but I don’t think I’m going to go. I’m pretty much broke just from today, spending about $40 on Round 1 and KBBQ.

That’s pretty much it for the day. I typed this up earlier than usual; it’s barely 10:30 pm here. It’s because I’m pretty tuckered out from the day and I feel like I might go to sleep early. I also ate a lot, so I’m in this food coma, ha. I’ll post my blog again tomorrow. Thanks to all of you for the support!

1/13/12 – Friday (Blog #13)

Is this the beginning of my ‘I don’t want to do this anymore?’ Maybe, but it’s probably just because I slept the whole day. Today was pretty uneventful, so there probably won’t be much. I’ll just get straight to it. It’s not really anything about it being Friday the 13th or anything like that. To most of the comments that say she’s into me, maybe after today you’ll think otherwise. Thanks for all the comments and support.

All of the classes today were cut short, since we had a winter rally after our 4th period, right before lunch. We didn’t even do anything in most of my classes, and we just had a free day basically, talking and chilling with all our friends.

During the rally, we just watched our class representatives compete, and I can’t believe my year, senior, lost. We lost in the first round too. It must’ve been disappointing to everyone. I wonder if everyone actually cares about school stuff so much that they would think badly of the person that was competing and made us lose. Technically, they didn’t ‘make’ us lose, I suppose, but they made the class look bad, even though seniors are supposedly the ‘bad-ass’ students of the school.

Anyways, during lunch I had to tutor again, and I tutored again after school. Well, when I went to the library during lunch, the moment I walked in and walked over to the tables, I saw M in the library. She was with her friend, and looking for some books, probably for her English class. We made eye contact, and I was going to go say hi, but she just continued talking with her friend and looked for a book. I was pretty tired, so I couldn’t think about what just happened, so I went to the tables and just sat there, half-asleep and waiting for my tutee. She came, and I tutored her for her horrible algebra again.

I don’t know why M just ignored me, so I figured I’d text her later and ask. Well, lunch ended, and I just slept through my other classes. After school, I went to tutoring, and sent M a text just saying hi. For some reason, she didn’t reply. It’s weird. After yesterday, when she hit me with her binder, she hasn’t talked to me in real life or through texts. If she wanted to confuse me, then she’s done a thorough job, because I don’t know what to think. Well, that’s why I pretty much fell straight to sleep after coming home from tutoring. I didn’t even wake up to eat dinner, and ate it after I woke up 20-30 minutes before writing this.

That’s pretty much it for my day. Sorry if it’s very uneventful and boring, but I just fell asleep the whole day. I’ll write more tomorrow, for sure, since it’s a Saturday. Thank you all for the support. If I don’t write a post tomorrow, then, my apologies! I probably will, but who knows.

1/12/12 – Thursday (Blog #12)

Thursday! Tomorrow is the praised Friday that all students love, because it’s only one day away from the glorious weekend! I’m excited, though not sure why. I think it’s because it’s Friday the 13th tomorrow, and I want to see what ‘bad luck’ is going to happen. I don’t believe in such things like luck, but its endless fun to see those who do and fear bad luck, or praise good luck and hope for it all the time. Anyways, to the comments! Thanks for all the advice about friend zone and M. I’ll think about what to do. I’m just afraid about ruining the relationship as friends that we currently have if I ask her. @Jason, I don’t get paid for tutoring, I just help because I have nothing better to do, and everyone seems to ask me when it’s finals.  @Jacob, thanks a lot man. That’s really great feedback. And I see what you’re saying about linking my lives together. I would definitely be less honest and truthful about things if I knew real life friends were reading this. It’d be a whole different matter if people read it without me knowing, though…
I didn’t really do much today either. At school, I just continued with my electrostatic lessons in Physics, and continued making my house in CAD. I should be done with it tomorrow. In Literature, we just talked about our project, and apparently we’re going to do a very huge skit or play. The books that we have to use are Moby Dick, The Invisible Man, Hamlet, Oedipus the King, and Crime and Punishment. The motif my group received was isolation and how it impacts the characters in each story. It’ll be interesting to see how we come up with a giant story to link everything together.

I talked about my C++ class a few blogs earlier, but I’ve never talked about it in depth, so I will today. In class, I was coding one of my assignments, and I realized why C++ is so much more interesting than Java. I have to create a Hangman game, and it’s interesting how I can make 2D arrays each with different lengths. The string class in C++ also better in my opinion. In my class, I can use a header called conio.h, which is usually not used apparently. But, there’s a function in it that lets clears the screen of any text, and it’ll erase the word that is user-inputted at the beginning of the program. In Java, I never really read about such a class or function, but that might be because I was learning from a professor, and not the almighty internet.

Anyways, enough of coding jargons for those that don’t understand it. During lunch, I was doing my AP Statistics homework, and apparently I wasn’t paying attention to my surroundings. Of course, I never do, since I’m sleeping almost all the time at school. However, I got hit in the head by a binder while I was doing my work. Of course, it ticked me off and surprised me, so I looked around to see who it was, and found out it was nobody other than M. The look on my shocked face must’ve been hilarious, because she just laughed, and ran away. I don’t even know what just happened. She just ran away, and looked back at me, and then just left. I wasn’t even mad anymore. I was almost happy, call me weird.

Well, since I told about that, there’s really nothing more important, I suppose. I tutored afterschool again, after my test in Government. I couldn’t think of anything at all, so I probably failed the test. Right after school, I immediately texted her, but for some reason she didn’t reply. I’m so confused. Even now, around 11:30 PM, she still hasn’t replied. Did I fall asleep during lunch and it wasn’t her at all? Is that why she isn’t responding to my texts? I’ve got no clue.

That’s enough for today, because I need to finish my Literature homework and then work on Physics homework. Thanks for all the support. If you guys figure out what M meant by today, then please tell me, because my mind is still blank. I’ll tell you guys what happens tomorrow, especially since we have a sports rally.

1/11/12 - Wednesday (Blog #11)

Alright guys, here we are again. Important, I spent a good hour making three images and uploaded them online. They’re tips on the blogs. I’ll post the link after my whole post, so be sure to check them out, and use them if you want. So, with the comments, thanks, yet again, for all the support! Everyone’s telling me good luck with M, and I want to tell you all that I think things got a lot better! I’ll explain below. @Zap McBlowfist, yeah my days are stressful now, but it makes things more interesting to read, I suppose. @InfinitePlans, my teacher’s an idiot, nothing I can do about it.

My day started off well, I wasn’t late to school this time, so I managed to talk with some friends a bit before class started. I don’t think I saw M today either, but I’m not sure if she hangs out near my group anymore. You know how it is in high school. People are in clicks and groups, and if you don’t hang out with the cool crowd, then you’re unpopular. I personally don’t care, as long as I have fun. I’m not the most popular kid, but people know me.

My classes were pretty interesting too. We still haven’t done much real work, since it’s almost finals. Most of the classes either go over some new material, so it’s just lectures, or we do nothing but review. After school, I had to tutor again, so it was pretty interesting. It’s so weird. My tutee doesn’t know simple algebra. She can’t do division, exponents, and negatives. I try my best, but she’s so confused sometimes I can’t help but laugh.

Enough about school, I’ve got other things to talk about. You guys should all know, it’s M. I texted her today, and instead of the usual and stale reply, she actually replied in the same fashion as we first texted. She used emoticons, laughed, and all that. I was pretty happy. We’ve been texting steadily for almost the whole day. I don’t even care about homework anymore. As long as I get to talk to her, it makes me happy. I’m pretty sure I’m just building myself up for a harder fall, but I think it’s worth it. I’ve been hurt before, but that’s another story for another day, and I don’t care if I get hurt again.

I realized today just why I love M. She’s cute in almost every way, not just looks. She’s also mysterious, as I can almost never figure out what she’s thinking, even though we text. I can figure out people fairly easily, but she’s different, in a good way. I don’t know if she feels the same way about me, but I sure as heck can hope. I don’t care if I get friend zoned, I’ll either get out of it, or just deal with it. I hope she does though, but I’ll never know unless I ask. I’ll work up the courage later.

That’s it for today. It’s short, because I still need to finish up my homework for tomorrow. Also, I’m texting her, and I tend to push everything aside for these blogs, so I want to hurry up and finish it so I can give my full undivided attention to her. So, sorry for neglecting you guys! I’ll post again tomorrow, obviously. Oh yeah, and maybe when I’ve got around 50 or so blogs, I’ll put my blog up on my Facebook or something. What do you guys think?

1/10/12 – Tuesday (Blog #10)

Guess this is another ‘cutting it close!’ It’s about 11:20 PM right now. Today was a pretty exhausting day, so I’ll tell you guys why I’m late today. Luckily, posting up my blogs this late was my original plan, because I didn’t want to miss anything in my day at all, so I guess things work out after all. So, first with the comments: thanks everyone for so many comments! I think that’s an all-high new. @Anne, I’ll try and post blogs daily around 11 to 12 PM every day, so no worries there. @Barricuda, you know me well! Party hardy, my friend. @Weise, let’s find a way to contact each other, but I’ll be remaining anonymous still, so I’ll probably use a random email or SN for anything. @Jason and JacobMayhem, yeah, my C++ class is easy to me, but it’s pretty confusing to others apparently. If you love computers and programming, then it’s easy. To everyone talking about M, thanks for all your concerns. I’ll definitely keep up my chase, no matter how it ends, ha. Alright, that’s enough for comments, so I’ll tell you guys why today was so exhausting.

Woke up today and got to school right as the bell was ringing, so I walked into class with everyone already sitting down. Luckily, my physics teacher is nice and knows me, so he lets me off easy with tardiness. We talked about electrostatics and charges, so it was pretty cool. My CAD class was annoying, because all my work was gone due to reformats on everyone’s computer over break, so I had to try and finish 2-3 months of work in a day… which is well impossible. Then, I got a couple of my essays back in Literature, and I got B grades on all of them. It’s not really disappoint, since I’ve never even written so many essays in a week before, but I also got to see grades that were 9’s (We use AP Grading scale, so 9  is the best, and 1 is the worst), so I can hopefully improve.

In the C++ class, I didn’t even do any programming, and I was trying to finish my homework for my other class, Government, because I forgot to do it yesterday. My teacher doesn’t allow other homework, so I was pretty much alt-tabbing in between screens almost every 5-10 minutes so that she wouldn’t see anything. After that, I went to lunch, and just did my AP Stats homework, which took almost the whole lunch. I didn’t get to look for M, but I did send her a text. Sadly, no reply, so that bummed me out. I was planning to go eat lunch too, but only 15-20 minutes after lunch break started, the lunch lines closed or something. It was weird, because they’re usually open for at least half an hour. Well, I was pretty much starving the whole day thanks to that. In Stats, we had to go over finals, and since we’re AP, we have to go over extra material. We had to go over regression and random sampling, which we did at the beginning of the semester, but I forgot it all, so it was a good refresher course.

Lastly, I went to Government, and we got this 250 question study guide for finals. Even though we’re in AP, we still get the same finals as regular, which took a load off my back. We continued watching the movie. I actually remembered the name of the movie this time. It’s called “Indictment: The McMartin Trial.” We still didn’t finish it, so I guess we’ll watch it tomorrow also. School ended with that, but I’m part of NHS, National Honors Society, so I had to tutor another student for about two hours. I was still starving, and I didn’t have any time to buy any food, so I just sat there, helping my tutee doing her work and explaining concepts to her. Finally, after two hours and getting my slip signed, I could go buy food. Luckily, today’s Tuesday, and there was the 2 pieces of chicken at Popeyes for only $1. I bought it, and went home, and just devoured the chicken, it was so delicious.

Almost exactly after finishing eating, M texted me back. Even though I texted her almost 5-6 hours earlier, she replied now. Well, at least it’s better than ignoring me, and we texted a bit. It was nice being able to talk to her after the whole day, and it made me happy. I’m glad she doesn’t hate me after all, since we seemed to talk normally, but it was a bit as if she seemed annoyed with talking to me. I don’t even know why she seems annoyed, since I’m not even saying anything unusual. But anyways, that’s my whole day, since I still haven’t done my homework. I’ll probably do it after uploading this blog and checking countless other blogs of other people. Thanks again for reading, and the continued support. I’ll still pump out my blogs, one a day, so expect one tomorrow.

1/9/12 – Monday (Blog #9)

Oh man, this blog is cutting it close. It’s 11:31 PM here, and I’m trying to rush this one so I can upload it by the end of today. Sorry about the late post, everyone. School must’ve tired me out a lot more than I thought it would. I read over the comments from yesterday’s block, and didn’t really see anything worth mentioning, but nice to see that I’m not alone in the gaming department. Thanks everyone for all the good lucks and everything. So, without further ado, I’ll continue with my daily blog.

Woke up pretty early today, around 6:30 AM, and I quickly got ready for school. I ate my breakfast and went to school, and saw my friends. I haven’t seen a few of them for two whole weeks, and others I saw almost every day, due to the break. I spent a lot of time with some friends over the break. What sucked was that I didn’t get to see M. I usually see her near where I hang out in the morning at school, but she wasn’t there. She probably came late. I didn’t bother texting her, since I didn’t know if she’d respond.

My classes were really chill. Physics, all we did was talking about our upcoming schedule, and we played a game with some concepts, which bugged out intensely and just made the whole class laugh. In CAD, or Computer-Aided Design, we managed to play around with all the new 2012 software, which was pretty fun and confusing at the same time. By the time I got to Literature, I was pretty tired already, but we got put into groups for this new project. It seemed pretty easy, since my whole group was pretty much already done with the project in just an hour. In C++, I pretty much watched some streams of SC2 games, and played a little bit of SC1. I rarely even do my work in that class anymore, since I’m done with most of my assignments and my teacher is relaxed and doesn’t care what I do.

Lunch break, I just hung around my friends, and talked about winter break and all that. I got bored of talking to them, so I took a walk across the school to look around for M, since we don’t really hang around with the same people during lunch. I didn’t see her, but I think she was here today. Oh well, guess it was my loss. I wanted to at least say hi, and hug her, or something, but I guess I wouldn’t be able to do that. After lunch, I had Stats, and I pretty much just slept that whole class. We were going over some concepts from the beginning of the semester, but it was easy so I just slept through the whole lesson. Then, finally, my Government class, we watched this video about a court case, which was pretty interesting. It was something about child molestation and indictment.

The whole day was pretty fun, being able to meet up with my friends again, and all my teachers gave me a good laugh in almost every class. It would’ve been nice if I could see M, though. There’s nothing better on a good day than seeing the face of a girl that I love.  Sadly, that failed, and I didn’t even text her after I got home. I just stayed home and worked on homework the whole day, since I neglected it during winter break.

That’s pretty much for the whole day. Sorry that it’s boring, and I only talked about my school, but I was tired. I came home, did some homework, fell asleep, ate, and did more homework. Before I knew it, it was already 11:30! I can’t believe time just disappeared like that. Anyways, I noticed that people were visiting less and less, but whatever. I didn’t start this for others to read, it’s more about my own diary. Thanks for all those that still read, and I’ll make another blog tomorrow, as always.

1/8/12 – Sunday (Blog #8)

Today begins the second week of blogging. Wow, I’m lasting a lot longer than I thought I would. I’ve never tried blogging before, or anything of the sorts, but I guess I’ll keep on going. Thanks everyone for all the support. Once again, this first paragraph will be for the comments from the last blog. Thanks everyone for all the advice and all that. Kristjan, I know what you mean, but I tried that already for a few days and she didn’t really text me back, so I don’t think she feels the same for me. At Weise, sorry, but no pictures! CodingAndHacking, I don’t watch much anime, mostly read manga, sorry. At Novelpiece, I hope I’m not friend zoned either. Everyone’s been joking about it, but whatever. I love M, but if she doesn’t love me, then that’s fine with me. I’ll keep trying, and sooner or later I’ll give up and find another girl. No worries.

Woke up today pretty late, around noon again, and decided to go to Costco. I went to buy some vitamins for my uncle/aunt, Gatorade, spam meat, and some other random stuff that I decided like buying. I was pretty hungry, so I bought a pizza there too. Seriously, if none of you guys have gone to Costco and bought some of their pizza; it’s so cheesy and delicious. I devoured a few slices in order to satisfy my hunger, and I brought the rest home for my family and dinner.

Apparently, one of my family’s friends is moving into the house, so we had to literally build a makeshift room from our dining room. Moving everything was pretty annoying, since we had to move our fish tank around, with about 50 gallons of water, a bookcase, tables, chairs, and all that. Also had to go out to Home Depot and buy a door and some plywood to make a makeshift wall and doorway, and I’m still in the process of construction. It’s probably going to take until tomorrow, so I stopped working on it and decided to write this blog.

Tomorrow’s finally the beginning of school again. Luckily first semester’s almost over, so I won’t be having much homework. Even though school’s beginning, I probably won’t sleep early at all, and at the same time I always do, around 3-4 A.M.  And no worries, I’ll still have enough time to do all my homework and check other people’s blogs when I get home. In fact, I have two different classes where I can use the computer, and I’ll pretty much be able to access the internet from both classes, and be up to date with everyone else’s blog. I still haven’t started my homework, but that’s because I know it’s not due until the end of this week. I’ll try and do some of it tonight before I go to sleep, but the chances of that happening is very unlikely.

Oh yeah, and there were some buzz going around online about Diablo 3 being released on February 1st. Wow, if that’s really true, then I’ll be pretty happy. Less than a month away, and I’ll end up being a pure gamer again. I’ve been only playing DotA, SC2, and Lineage 2 lately, but once Diablo 3 comes out, I’ll be spending all my time playing that and SC2. Once DotA 2 comes out, I’ll be playing all three. And yes, I’m not only a huge gamer, but I’m a huge Blizzard fan. I’ll tell you now, that I love Final Fantasy too. I use Omni, short from Omnislash, which is Cloud Strife’s limit break. Also, there’s a move from DotA from the hero Juggernaut, and his ultimate move is also called Omnislash, but my name originates from Cloud’s limit break. That’s my little rant about gaming.

Today’s been pretty uneventful, and it’s also Sunday, so I’ll keep the post short. Remember, comment and I’ll be sure to reply to it. If you guys liked the blog from yesterday about M, I could make another one about it tomorrow. Or I could talk about my beliefs, family, etc. Thanks for reading, and I’ll see you guys tomorrow.

1/7/12 – Saturday (Blog #7)

Alright! After today, it’ll be one full week of blogging done. That’s 7 out of 366 days of the whole year. Of course, this doesn’t mean I’ll stop my blogging after a year. It’ll be quite amazing if I actually can, but I definitely will try my best in order to blog every day. Oh, and yeah, it’s 366 days, not the usual 365, since 2012 is a leap year. I’d just like to say thank you all very much for reading my blog. Now, reading from the comments, seems a few of you want to read about M. I guess in a little celebration for myself, I’ll satisfy the audience and do that.  Oh, and Alex Rowe, I definitely have heard of a place called The Pho King, so it isn’t that weird as you think it would be, ha!

Well, luckily much didn’t happen today. I still haven’t done my homework… procrastinating until tomorrow sadly. It’ll be my last day of break tomorrow too, so I’ll have to finish everything tomorrow. I’ve mostly just been reading manga the whole day, and playing games on my phone. Oh, and you guys weren’t really specific on what you want to hear about M, so I’ll just rant a bit about her I suppose.

Let’s see. I first met her during my middle school years. But my memory is unreliable past 3-4 months, but that’s good for me, since giving too much makes it easy for stalkers. I forget what class we had together, but we didn’t really talk much. I basically didn’t even become more than an acquaintance with her, since we rarely talked except about school stuff. Skip ahead a few years of not talking, all the way to my sophomore year of school, or about two years ago, and we finally get another class together. Well, actually, we probably had other classes together, but that was the only one I remembered. It was an English class. We sat next to each other, and we talked a lot. I guess that was the beginning of our friendship you could call it. I was currently dating a girl back then, so I really didn’t talk much except about her. I guess that was stupid of me, seeing as how now I’ve fallen hard for her. All I really remember about that year was that she drew a picture for me, and gave it to me. I still keep it in my binder everyday to school. Sadly, we didn’t talk much out of class. I never even got her number, because I was pretty foolish and young. I also didn’t have texting back then, so I guess it didn’t matter.

Skip another year and a half, all the way to 2011’s Halloween; I haven’t talked to her at all since we had class together in sophomore year. I really didn’t start falling for her until then. It was at one of my friend’s party to celebrate Halloween. I didn’t even know she was going to be there, and she showed up. We talked, and laughed and chilled a bit. Everyone at the party then decided to play twister, and of course, she played. Before you guys get any funny thoughts, no, nothing happened. We played the game, and both fell, and had our fun and laughs. Halfway through the game, she realized that she showed cleavage when playing, and really didn’t want to. I’m not really sure why, but I offered her my shirt. I was wearing two anyways, so I gave her it to wear. I think it was because I wanted to make a good impression on her, but it was probably also because I didn’t want other people to see her showing her cleavage.

The game continued, though I lost, and she was wearing my shirt. It was getting pretty late, so everyone was pretty much leaving. When she was about to leave, she had a dilemma on where to change out of her shirt, since there was really nowhere with privacy. I don’t think I could really trust some of the people at the party to actually not peek on her. I sort of just said it nonchalantly, and told her to just keep the shirt and return it to me the next day of school. Yeah, I totally seemed like a life saver or something like that. I didn’t really mean to, just seemed like the right thing to do.

So, we left the party just like that. Of course, I didn’t realize until I got home that I didn’t even have her number. So, I did what any other logical person would do. I went on Facebook, and sent her a message. I think I even made a little joke about texting her and she replied with her number and said that she’d be okay with texting. So, let the texting ensue. She returned my shirt to me the next day at school. Sadly, she didn’t give it to me personally. She gave it to a mutual friend, and he gave it to me. Of course, the moment I actually got the shirt during lunch period, I texted her thanks and she said thanks for letting her borrow the shirt.

Well, other than that, we really didn’t talk much. I’ve always just been texting her, and asking her if she wanted to hang out during breaks or weekends. We texted each other almost every day and it was about 3,000 texts in only a week. Sadly, she would always be busy or be away on vacation and we could only text. Things were okay, I guess. But, then about 2 or 3 weeks ago, her texts have just been short. I’d just talk about regular stuff, and she’d just reply “IDK”, or “cool”, and “okay”. Really nothing but that, and it sort of frustrated me. Speed up weeks, and I didn’t text her much during our winter break. That is, until a few days ago. I told you guys about it. And she actually replied, which made me pretty happy.

And there you have it. That’s basically my story about M. It’s a bit short, but I didn’t want to write a whole essay… although it seems I already did. Hope this was interesting for you guys! Thanks for following and reading my blogs for a whole week already. I’ll continue again as always tomorrow, and be sure to comment and tell me other stuff.

1/6/12 - Friday (Blog #6)

Awesome! Checked my stats on the blog, and apparently I got 108 page views from yesterday. Talk about an all time high. Thanks everyone for actually having an interest in this. And, from reading other’s comments, I’ll try and reply here. To Weise and Piggie, I’m always tired, whether I like it or not. I don’t have trouble sleeping or anything, I just don’t sleep much. Doesn’t mean I’m not energetic though. More like I’m tired mentally. To Barricuda, any advice would be taken gladly. To Bonafide Jones, yeah I know. School’s not much of a worry for me, since I’ve already done my college applications and am a senior. Senioritis hit me early. To everyone else that commented, thanks for all the follows and comments. I’ll be sure to check out all your blogs and comment on your own posts. Thanks for all the support too. Now, without further ado, here’s my regular day.

Woke up today around noon. I was pretty hungry, so I went out to eat pho for lunch. If you don’t know what pho is, shame on you. It’s a Vietnamese noodle, and it’s insanely delicious. I went to Noodle World, since it’s only a 3-4 minute walk away from my house. I tend to walk to a lot of places if I can. Not just because I don’t have a license yet, I can drive already, but because I like to enjoy the scenery and think about things. It’s also pretty funny to watch people sit in traffic and walk past them with a smile. And I won’t lie, if I ever see girls on the street that look pretty cute, I say hello to them and introduce myself. I wouldn’t have this chance if I was driving.

Anyways, after pho, I walked back home, and walked my dogs. Luckily, I didn’t get shot at this time, and it was pretty hot, so I only walked around long enough for my dogs to do their dirty business, if you know what I mean. By the time I got home, I turned on the T.V. and the AT&T Cotton Bowl was on. I think it was Arkansas vs. Kansas. I don’t really root for either team; I just enjoy watching them play. The penalties annoy me though, and the fights make me laugh.

That’s pretty much it. Oh, and I got a new haircut. Sadly, I won’t be uploading any pictures of myself on here, so I can’t show you guys. It’s pretty much the same hair I have, but trimmed, so nothing special. Something that was awesome though, was that I decided to actually text M today. I said before, I haven’t texted her for a few days, since she never replied anything. So I sent her a text, and sat down for my haircut, not really expecting a reply. And guess what happens next. SHE ACTUALLY REPLIED! I almost jumped out of my seat, and the guy was still cutting my hair. I think he actually did cut my ear a bit, but I didn’t care much. I took out my phone and saw her reply. I was incredibly happy. Of course, I think I gave the barber a heart attack, but I don’t care.

This day was pretty boring at first, but now I’ve been texting M for a few hours already. I know this is probably just me getting happy over nothing, but finally getting to talk to her again makes my day a lot better. And I’ve spent enough time today writing this. I’m going back to texting her! Sorry, ha. I’ll make my post again tomorrow, as always. Thanks for all the support and remember to comment!

1/5/12 - Thursday (Blog #5)

I haven’t been so tired in a long time. Wow. So, apparently people actually read this! How interesting. I’ve managed to get some followers, and people commenting on my posts. Now I have to be extra careful of any privacy issues! Nah, I’m just kidding, since I don’t care whether or not people know who I really am. It’s more interesting for me that way, trying to keep my identity a secret. Anyways, if any of you have any suggestions or questions, just ask away in the comments. I know my posts are long, but they’re literally diary entries of my entire day. Some days will be boring and short, while some will be long and about a lot of things that happen that day. Alright, back to business.

Today was a pretty chill day. I actually got some sleep, but I was so tired I still slept until noon. I spent my whole day just reading other people’s blogs. It’s very interesting to see what other people write up! I tried to mess around with the designs on my blog, since almost everyone seems to be using the same black one. I added my own background, and changed around some fonts. Now it’s a bit cooler looking, but still boring to me. I’ll continue making changes when I feel like it.

My school’s winter break is almost over. I’m pretty bummed out about it, since I couldn’t spend any time with M at all. She still hates me. I wonder if I should text her again. I haven’t been talking to her lately, since every time I try to talk to her, she just ignores it and doesn’t reply. I feel pretty stupid, for loving her while she seems to hate me completely. But, I can’t just let go of my feelings, so I’ll just text her before the break ends or something.

I need to start working on my homework soon, since I’ve been procrastinated all my work so far. I’ve got to fix up my Physics folder for inspection, do some notes for my Gov class, and do some work in the Interactive Reader for my Lit class. And I’m pretty sure I’ve got other homework to do, but I’ll figure them out later. Knowing myself, I’ll end up procrastinating until the very last day or two, but I’ll try and finish them early so I can chill.

My day’s pretty simple today, so I didn’t do much, so I have nothing much to write about. I’ll end it here today, since I don’t have any rants or ideas to talk about, since I’m still tired. Thanks for reading. Expect the same post as usual tomorrow.

1/4/12 - Wednesday (Blog #4)

Wow, I’m really tired. Let’s get down to business quickly, and you’ll find out why I’m so tired. Let’s see. I knew I should’ve slept earlier, but I guess I paid for my own mistake. It was around 9 when I woke up, and I got to my friend’s house around 10. The ride there was pretty funny though, because the GPS stopped working when we were nearby, and I had to call my friend for directions. Anyways, it was just me and my friend in a car and we went to Round 1 after I dropped off my clothes at his house. The car ride to Round 1 was pretty boring, which is really bad. When things get boring, I start thinking about M.

She ruined me the whole day, almost. Not just right then, but even at 4 a.m., in the morning today, Wednesday. Anyways, back again to Tuesday. We arrived at Round 1, and I got a new card, since I forgot my brother’s and didn’t ask him. Spent $20, five for the membership club card and I put fifteen inside the card. The whole day, I just watched my friends play Tekken and shooters and some game where you play with drums. And I think I spent most of my money playing Initial D. I forgot how fun that game was. I wanted to get one of those licenses or cards or whatever it is. I watched other people play, and noticed I good I was. Not trying to sound obnoxious, but the people there don’t know how to drift and they have their own card, which makes me a bit jealous.

Around noon, we went out to some place called the Guppy House to eat. I shared some fried rice with another friend, and I sat in front of a girl. She wore this really low cut shirt, and a teal bra. I swear I could see everything. And then my friends started telling her to basically squeeze her chest together, so her breasts were literally bulging out. I won’t lie, I took a peek, but I looked away. I already got a girl in my heart, and I see no point in looking at someone else’s girl. After eating, my friends started messing around with water, and we spilled water and ice everywhere. Then, we ordered the shaved ice, which was $25. That thing was gigantic. We couldn’t even finish it, and we made a mess everywhere. Luckily they already put 15% gratuity, or else we’d have tipped a lot more for the mess.

We went back to Round 1, and we just played more again. I just played Initial D the whole time, again, and used up all 68 credits that you get for $15. I really wish I was able to be there with M though. I’d give anything to be with her. But I’ll rant more about that later. Alright, so we went home around 6 or 7, and I was just listening to music the whole time we were waiting for a ride. I was thinking about M too, the whole ride to my friends house. Well, actually, we went to buy Popeye’s, since it was Tuesday night and there was that deal, and we went to 7-Eleven to buy some soda. And then 5 of us went over to my friend’s house and we ate, and started watching LOTR.

The movies were pretty entertaining, but whenever the parts of the movie got movie, I just thought about M. It got so bad that in the middle of the night, around 4 a.m., I just stopped watching the movie and thought about her the whole time. I still don’t get it. She’s not even my girl, but I still think about her. I almost wanted to text her again, but it was almost positive she wouldn’t reply. Whatever, I’m a fool anyways. We watched the movies all the way to the end, and we finished around 6 or 7 a.m. After that, we all just knocked out and fell asleep until noon, and then we went out to eat at Round Table. I went home after that, and just knocked out and fell asleep. And now I’m awake, playing DotA, and typing this up. That’s pretty much it for my day. I’ll post another one tomorrow, as always.

1/3/12 - Tuesday (Blog #3)

Lucky number three! As I said yesterday, I’m writing this blog pretty early in the day. Around 2 AM, to be exact. There’s really not much to talk about, since it’s only been two hours into the day. I would’ve done this later, but I don’t trust myself to be able to type much between waking up and having to leave to go to Round 1. Let’s see… From midnight until now, I was playing Lineage 2. My friends and I created a clan, but we couldn’t figure stuff out, so we just gave up. I made another character, a female human rogue, and she seems to be pretty fun. I only got to level 12 or so before I got off. I’m pretty tired, so I’m pretty much rushing this to go to sleep. I don’t even know if I can wake up tomorrow by 8 AM to leave the house.

One thing this gives me a chance for, is to talk about some stuff that I might not be able to bring up since I’m trying to keep my blogs short. I know no one’s probably going to even read this, but I thought about bringing up this topic. That would be about my beliefs.

Concerning Religion, I’m not quite sure what I am. I don’t really care about religion, and don’t think I ever will. I’m interested about the bible, such as the stories concerning the Four Horsemen, heaven, hell, angels, and demons. I actually admire the people that can pray. They pour their souls and thoughts and manage to put it all into someone they believe is all powerful and all knowing. I don’t think I can do that. If God really does exist, why doesn’t he save humanity from its own self destruction of planet Earth? I know about pollution, global warming, deforestation, and all of that. Why doesn’t God punish them, or save the Earth? If the response is something about God staying out of human affairs, then I have another thought. If God has the power, but isn’t willing to use it, then he’s not kind and great and just as everyone believes in. In fact, if God doesn’t have the power to stop evil at all, and isn’t willing to do anything about it, then why call him God at all? Also, I know I’m calling God a “him” or “he”, but whatever.

However, I am definitely not mocking any religions that believe in a God, or Gods. I honestly and truly do respect religious people. People learn morals from religion, and in a world this horrible and despicable, morals are hard to come by. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion on religion and their beliefs, but the moment someone tries to convert others, that’s when I get angry. This goes to Atheism and all other non-God believing religion also. But then again, this is just my belief.

Next topic to move on to is my belief of the meaning of life. I know there is no real answer, but what people don’t realize is the idea that there is no answer. The simple meaning of life is life itself. The trials and pursuit of trying to figure out the meaning of life seems so pointless. Why are you wasting time trying to find something that would take forever to find? Why not just use all that time to simply ENJOY the time you have alive? It’s obvious that the meaning of life is to simply exist. Experience a life and reality full of excitement and fulfillment. Reach your goals, achieve your dreams, and be motivated. That’s all there is to it. When people stop worrying about what life is all about, everyone will just be a lot happier. Stop worrying, and just live your life. Be happy that you’re alive, at this very moment, and that’s what the meaning of life is about. Just live.

That’s really just a short explanation on my views on religion. If I find more time to talk about stuff like this, I’ll go back to Religion. Now, the next topic is about love. Everyone has their own definitions of love, once again. Mine is simple. It’s someone that makes me happy. I don’t care if it’s a small smile, a chuckle, laughter, anything at all. Of course, I don’t fall in love with every girl that does that. It’s also about the girl that interests me. I put on a fake smile for almost everyone. I pretend to have fun and smile, and make everyone believe that I’m happy. I’m not, and I’m pretty sure no one knows about it. However, I have my own plan about pretending and faking my happiness. I believe that if I pretend long enough, I really will turn happy.

Anyways, back to love, if a girl manages to make me happy, all the time, then she’s good enough to be someone I trust. Once I trust her, I have to see if she trusts me. If she does, then I will slowly start to fall for her. This is the usual way that happens. The other way is just a girl that interests me completely, to the point that I don’t care about myself at all. This is how it happened with M. M hates me probably, and will continue to ignore me, but the texts I’ve received from her and just her personality alone is enough to make me interested in her. I even had a dream about her. I think that’s enough to tell me that I’m in love with her, even if I don’t want to be. But I do want to be, because I believe that I can make her happy. If she let me into her heart, I’d make her the happiest girl on the whole wide world… or something like that. It’s not like she’d know anyways, I’m too much of a coward to tell her.

Enough about my love, I’ll be a bit more detailed about my beliefs on love. Of course, I support gay/lesbian marriage and love. Love shouldn’t be confined to a gender. If someone’s happy with someone else, then let them marry. Screw religions that say you’re not allowed to. Why can’t someone marry the person that makes them happy? Why is it immoral if you’re both happy? When someone dies, are you going to remember them for being gay? Despite anything great they could’ve possibly done in their life? Stop being shallow, people, and just let people be their own selves. Society is partially to blame for this, especially in schools. If you’re different, then you’re made fun of, simple as that. It shouldn’t be, but that’s how humans are. It’s wrong, but no one dares to do anything about it, because parents are too blind to believe their own child would do anything, and politicians don’t care about children at all, only their money. Society sucks.

That’s enough for today’s post. Sorry, I know I said it’d be short, but when I rant on and on, things get long. I’ll post up another blog tomorrow, of course. I’ll probably just talk about what went on at my friend’s house and at Round 1. Good night, world, if anyone’s even reading.

1/2/12 - Monday (Blog #2)

Well, this is a pickle already, hahaha. My friend invited me to watch a LOTR marathon, from like 5 PM all the way to the next day’s morning. Of course, I said yes, since I’m still on school break. However, I’ll be at Round 1 from like… 8 AM until noon. So that means the whole day I won’t be home for Tuesday. I’ll probably post something up before I leave for Round 1. It’s not like I sleep much anymore anyways, so I’ll spend a few hours on Tuesday to type it. Oh well.

Let’s see… around 1 AM, the girl of my dreams, M, posted something about wanting a puppy, onto FB. Of course, I wanted to post something, or comment on it. But, I didn’t want to seem creepy. Nonetheless, there goes my friend, posting, “You can call me puppy if you want,” on her post. Honestly, I don’t get how he can even post stuff like that online. I guess he doesn’t care what other people think. I do, not sure why. I try to be all ‘cool’ and ‘don’t care’ about everything, but I do care. I care about everyone I meet, especially the girls that I like. I know, I’m such a hypocrite, when my blog yesterday, I said I don’t care about other people’s feelings. I don’t know how to explain it. When someone I feel deserves to be treated badly, then I do. However, until I find proper reason and explanation for that, I treat everyone the best I can.

Anyways, I really don’t understand her. M, I mean. I foolishly texted her wishing her Happy New Year, but she didn’t reply. Sure, maybe she just had too many texts and didn’t want to reply to all of them, since she did just put a post on FB saying it to everyone. But she replied to my Christmas text. I don’t know anymore. Love can be such a cruel thing sometimes. It only makes me love her even more, for some reason, because she becomes more interesting to me.

I realized something a few days ago. I like interesting people. People that I don’t understand pique my interest the most. Even though a girl could be the cruelest and heartbreaking girl ever, as long as she’s interesting, I’ll fall for her. I’m not saying M is like that, but she’s similar. She told me that her mom didn’t let her keep any more pets, so I didn’t bother posting anything like, “I’ll get you one,” or things like that. Of course I wanted to post, but I just couldn’t. Call me coward, whatever. Even if I steal her away in the middle of the night, and show her the world, I think she still would act the same to me. And that’s why she interests me, even if she breaks my heart. I love you, M.

Wow, I survived a shooting, although it wasn’t really a shooting. I was walking my dogs today, in the afternoon, and suddenly someone shoots a gun. I didn’t even know who, but I just ran. Other people were there too, and everyone just booked it. I brought my dogs inside, and when I came out, the cops blockaded the whole block. The police came in full body armor and shotguns and everything. I’ll post a picture, if I figure out how. Luckily I didn’t get questioned by the police or anything, so I just remained to be a bystander. They stayed there for a pretty long time, but I just went back inside. It was pretty funny.

[Edit: Here's the picture]

Besides that, the day was pretty calm. M still didn’t reply to my texts… again. Even though I texted her about the shooting, she didn’t care. I don’t even know why I bother. But I love her. Oh well. Anyways, I just played DotA with my friends. We barely won one game, and all the other games we got rocked by the others. Most of them were because my friend disconnected every 5-10 minutes into the game.  But, besides that, we still had fun. That’s pretty much all for the day. I’ll post Tuesday’s early, since I won’t be home at all.
