3/20/12 – Tuesday (Blog #80)

I’m so glad that I didn’t have to do my test corrections for my Physics class. What we do for the test corrections is that we all have to do them, and then he randomly calls up 5 or 6 people each class to come in during lunch or after school. For our test corrections, we have to get 2 people to sign our papers to verify that we did them correctly. When he calls people in, he gives a random question relating to the test, and if the person doesn’t know how to do it, they lose half the points and so does whoever signed that person’s paper.

I also finally finished my C++ assignment. It’s taken me almost three weeks, but I finally did it. It’s a data-driven program that takes surveys. The program’s supposed to read two different files: one for the stats and one for the questions. After reading the questions file, it’s also supposed to edit the stats file in accordance to whatever the user entered. It’s really awesome that I finally finished it.

All in all, that’s really all that happened today. I’m going to have to do some economics outline tonight and then turn them in tomorrow. Speaking of school though, this week will be the last week before spring break. I can’t wait. One whole week of sleeping in and doing absolutely nothing is going to be the best.

L and I have been still talking. I’m planning to pop the big question either this Saturday or Thursday, depending on when I visit her. Those two days are because I’ll visit her at work, probably after she gets off, while we talk. I really don’t know how I’m going to ask her. Maybe give her a present too, like a rose or something. Maybe not, because that’s just really lame. I’ll think of something before then.

That’s all for tonight, so thanks for reading and following my blog. If you guys have any suggestions for what I should ask L out with, leave them down in the comments below. I’ll post my update tomorrow.

  2. Just say to her "So, what do you think about me?" Just go for it, don't overthink it. Don't even think it.

  3. I'm terrible in those situations and tend to be painfully blunt. Just go with what feels right I suppose, good luck!

  4. If I was in that class I'd get two people I hate to verify my answers then answer the question wrong and cost them half there marks!!

If your gonna ask L out, just ask her out. "You wanna go out sometime?" If you wanna ask if she likes you, move in for a kiss and go for it!

  5. I prefer to give food like chocolate as gifts. Maybe you can hunt around and see if they sell chocolate roses somewhere? Best of both worlds.

  6. can't believe it took you 3 weeks, you must've been busy
cause it sounds like a fairly short program
less than 200 lines of code?

  10. C++ is super fun! If she's a nerd, ask her to test out your program, and your program will secretly ask her out.
