1/9/12 – Monday (Blog #9)

Oh man, this blog is cutting it close. It’s 11:31 PM here, and I’m trying to rush this one so I can upload it by the end of today. Sorry about the late post, everyone. School must’ve tired me out a lot more than I thought it would. I read over the comments from yesterday’s block, and didn’t really see anything worth mentioning, but nice to see that I’m not alone in the gaming department. Thanks everyone for all the good lucks and everything. So, without further ado, I’ll continue with my daily blog.

Woke up pretty early today, around 6:30 AM, and I quickly got ready for school. I ate my breakfast and went to school, and saw my friends. I haven’t seen a few of them for two whole weeks, and others I saw almost every day, due to the break. I spent a lot of time with some friends over the break. What sucked was that I didn’t get to see M. I usually see her near where I hang out in the morning at school, but she wasn’t there. She probably came late. I didn’t bother texting her, since I didn’t know if she’d respond.

My classes were really chill. Physics, all we did was talking about our upcoming schedule, and we played a game with some concepts, which bugged out intensely and just made the whole class laugh. In CAD, or Computer-Aided Design, we managed to play around with all the new 2012 software, which was pretty fun and confusing at the same time. By the time I got to Literature, I was pretty tired already, but we got put into groups for this new project. It seemed pretty easy, since my whole group was pretty much already done with the project in just an hour. In C++, I pretty much watched some streams of SC2 games, and played a little bit of SC1. I rarely even do my work in that class anymore, since I’m done with most of my assignments and my teacher is relaxed and doesn’t care what I do.

Lunch break, I just hung around my friends, and talked about winter break and all that. I got bored of talking to them, so I took a walk across the school to look around for M, since we don’t really hang around with the same people during lunch. I didn’t see her, but I think she was here today. Oh well, guess it was my loss. I wanted to at least say hi, and hug her, or something, but I guess I wouldn’t be able to do that. After lunch, I had Stats, and I pretty much just slept that whole class. We were going over some concepts from the beginning of the semester, but it was easy so I just slept through the whole lesson. Then, finally, my Government class, we watched this video about a court case, which was pretty interesting. It was something about child molestation and indictment.

The whole day was pretty fun, being able to meet up with my friends again, and all my teachers gave me a good laugh in almost every class. It would’ve been nice if I could see M, though. There’s nothing better on a good day than seeing the face of a girl that I love.  Sadly, that failed, and I didn’t even text her after I got home. I just stayed home and worked on homework the whole day, since I neglected it during winter break.

That’s pretty much for the whole day. Sorry that it’s boring, and I only talked about my school, but I was tired. I came home, did some homework, fell asleep, ate, and did more homework. Before I knew it, it was already 11:30! I can’t believe time just disappeared like that. Anyways, I noticed that people were visiting less and less, but whatever. I didn’t start this for others to read, it’s more about my own diary. Thanks for all those that still read, and I’ll make another blog tomorrow, as always.

  4. Don't give up. Comments rise and fall for no apparent reason. Sometimes a blog doesn't update in my google reader and I miss it. And it helps if you post at nearly the same time every day so we know when to expect to see your post. And sorry you didn't get to see M. Text her!

  7. I've noticed the visitors to be pretty irregular as well, but keep it up. And I think it actually helps with motivation to write at least 1 update a day, makes you want to continue the next day.

  15. Typically, this is when the year starts to pick up for many, so I wouldn't be surprised if there were fewer updates overall.
